VALET Gallery

VALET Gallery was an artist-run space that operated from 2016 to 2018 in a now demolished parking garage in Richmond, VA. The space focused on showcasing work from emerging artists and accepted show submissions on a rolling basis. Shows and events rotated weekly and requests to use the space were rarely denied, leading to a DIY atmosphere that allowed for exploration and exhibition of unique work.

To support this ethos, I created a super minimalist design language for VALET to use on social media and their website. Through this laid back design, the important information about programming and the documentation of the work was given room to breathe.
